Note: I just received a tablet from another vendor that is no where near what was advertised..

Is this a true Android 2.1 operating system and not a generic operating system? I just received one that claimed on it's ad that it was Android 2.1, but no where on the tablet settings does it say Android 2.1..

Also, how is the touch screen? The one I received does not scroll smooth.. I would be willing to pay your cost and get a tablet thru your company if it's an authentic Android 2.1, Android Marketplace and Operating System updates. Thank you..
