GPS Navigation System 6" LCD Windows CE 5.0/6.0 Core 500MHz w/FM Transmitter + Built-in 4GB Memory

I got this unit recently - but it does not boot - it seems as if the wince 6 build is missing off the sc card - the screen only shows a drawing of a girl and nothing else.

Is there a link for this units firmware or build that I can put on the SDcard?

Can this device execute Navitel Navigator (best russan gps software)?

In the pictures at the end of list I can see that a wireless camera and wireless reciver should be placed in package. But I didn`t find any mention about this features in the list of package below.
What Have to be placed in a package?

I received this GPS system about a week ago, and I haven't found one thing to complain about yet. The features are great, and all entirely user friendly. No need to read the manual, just plug it in and go!

I recently acquired a BMW 320, it has an onboard GPS that's connectd the the SOS caller system, however, the car doesn't have an on board navigation system. So i 'm wondering if it is possible to connect the on broad GPS receiver to a laptop with google earth installed on it to make my own navigation system?
