How to connect two phone to internet using bluetooth?
i have my moms phone she has internet but when i connect my with my moms phone using bluetooth i still dont have internet helppp!

Do you mean to say, that your mother's phone has an internet plan? And that you connected your phone to hers using bluetooth? And that you aren't getting internet after connecting to her phone?
Why would you get internet on your phone, just because your connect to someone else with bluetooth?

It doesn't work that way. Quit trying.

What kind of cell phone should I get?
I'm looking for a verizon cell phone that's a little more rugged and can take a bit of a beating.

How misleading!

What it doesn’t say is that here the smartphone market is almost non-existent. Dumb phones are much smarter than overseas and hardly anybody wants to spend the extra money for a non-clamshell phone.

In the few years since the iPhone launch I’ve only seen a couple of them on the street and I’m pretty sure one was a Touch.

Any cellular that has no TV, TV recorder, FM radio, and extra emoji support (I think Apple added the later last year) will never be a hit here.

On the other hand, the Touch sells pretty well (and most McDo shops give free internet access without buying anything).

Pat on the back to the marketing people, great vid. Looks like a good phone, though in practice, the apps probably won't be that responsive.
Bigger picture, not sure where Nokia are heading at the moment. Phone company, Netbook company, its a huge product line up, which can be confusing to consumers.
Maybe thats why Apple and RIM are doing so well?

Overall, I think this is probably better than the iPhone, but less apps; definitely a early generation product, and overpriced. But hopefully this is a taste of things to come and later models using A9-MPCore processors and thinner, lighter designs will be more promising - as well as whatever Google/Apple (and Microsoft? Nah...) can come up with in terms of software.

why is my gps not accurate?

Has nothing to do with WIFI

The GPS uses satellites to see where you are. The satellites send a signal to your phone and using several of them and measuring the time it takes for each signal to get to your phone, triangulate your location. Therefore, you need to be outside to get a clear view of the satellites in order for it to get a fix on your location.

You can get "close" with cell phone location which uses the tower you are connected to in order to get a fix on your approx whereabouts. Again, this will be unaffected by WIFI.

Your GPS if on, will display a small sattelite in the top portion of the screen. Simply click current location in maps and it will let you know whether or not it is active.

Hope this helps....

I have been doing a bit of research for a WiFi cell phone upgrade -- I'd like to find a cell phone that offers wi-fi so that I can access the internet at hotspots without signing up for a data plan. Does anyone have recommendations on specific phones that offer this feature or phones which will allow me to purchase a wireless card and have the same benefit? Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Preferably...you should buy an unlocked phone with Wi-Fi, like that Nokia Communicator that was reviewed oh so recently. If 1,000 dollars is over your budget and being ubiquitous with an iPhone is out of the question...why not go CDMA? Even though with GSM you could buy a prepaid SIM card and still have Wi-Fi, CDMA has some decent options. On verizon, the Samsung i760 is great.

My sister recently moved to Belgium. She has access to WiFi at home, so I'd like to send her a mobile phone that can run a Skype client. Requirements are WiFi, can work on Belgian / European carriers, runs Skype, and has excellent battery life. Anyone have any suggestions?

If your sister can access WiFi, and you only need to talk to her at her home, Windows Mobile smartphone which sale by us has internal WiFi and a built in mic for Skype calls
