We have wireless in our house and it is password protected so I know only our laptop and desktop are using the signal. The router is in the LR so its not like its buried deep in our basement somewhere. For whatever reason, in my house the phone will not stay in wifi mode, it wants to be in cell service. Yes you can. It is your phone cuz u paid for it. There will be no problem as long as you don't cancel your contract. You should keep the sim card so you can use it on another phone here in the states. T-mobile doesn't care if you send it cuz they will get their money from you through the contract trems. You will have to make your monyhly payments. If you cancel the contract you will pay around $200 or $300 cancelation fee.
